About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Serve as a technical leader for a TTB program, acting as a technical product manager and engineering leader
Provide strategic technology advice to clients by understanding mission objectives
Design and guide implementation of end-to-end solutions and ensure component integration
Work with React, Java Spring Boot, Python, web application, and data analytics technologies
Guide cloud-native architectures using Kubernetes, EKS, Aurora, and other AWS/cloud services
Provide technical leadership to senior client technical and business stakeholders
Ensure compliance and alignment to architectural standards and best practices
Drive innovation in client processes, public service delivery, and technical solutions
Identify risks and assumptions and guide research and proof-of-concept experimentation
Guide modern delivery practices and support development team members’ professional growth

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science Engineering (or related field) or equivalent combination of education and experience
10+ years of technical leadership and/or solution architect experience on large, multi-team products
Experience with cloud-native architectures
Experience with serverless event-based systems
Experience with open-source tech stacks
Experience with containers
Experience with pipeline automation
Deep understanding of Agile and DevSecOps principles and practices
Familiarity with object-oriented design
Familiarity with functional programming
Familiarity with design patterns
Familiarity with modern API design
Familiarity with SQL and NoSQL database design
Experience defining and enforcing application and cloud data security across the lifecycle
Experience researching emerging technologies, processes, and best practices
