About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Perform operational and financial routines
  • Manage the accounts receivable portfolio
  • Process receivables factoring/early payment, including registering, settling, and monitoring receivables
  • Negotiate with suppliers
  • Assist customers with early-payment requests
  • Perform daily bank and financial reconciliations
  • Monitor and update cash flow
  • Schedule payments through the bank
  • Prepare financial reports and provide information to management
  • Support the preparation and filing of taxes and financial obligations

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Experience with financial routines, reconciliations, cash flow, and financial systems
  • Stable employment history
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Preferred: experience with a vehicle protection association or insurance company
  • Availability to work from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., Monday through Friday
