About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Manage complex calendars and schedules using Microsoft Office
  • Coordinate internal and external meetings and commitments
  • Serve as point of contact between partners, employees, and clients

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Two years of experience in scheduling and/or administrative support roles for high-level executives and/or on Capitol Hill
  • Previous experience working in a fast-paced environment
  • Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines while managing multiple projects and changing priorities
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented
  • Ability to take initiative, anticipate needs, and resolve issues quickly
  • Excellent people skills and ability to work with a wide variety of personalities
  • Flexibility to changing workplace needs and responsibilities
  • Willingness to work outside normal business hours, including weekends
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
