About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Maintain and further develop the Wix website
- Implement SEO optimizations (on-page and content)
- Conduct keyword research and create landing pages
- Improve Google rankings and conversion rates
- Plan and create content for LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and other channels
- Build reach and strengthen brand positioning
- Develop content strategies for lead generation
- Test new channels and formats
- Develop funnels and campaigns
- Optimize CTAs and conversion journeys
- Analyze performance and drive continuous improvement based on KPIs
- Actively build a growth and lead-generation engine for a consulting firm focused on the German SME market
Requirements
What you’ll need- Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Digital Business, or a related field
- Initial experience with social media, particularly LinkedIn
- Initial experience with website tools such as Wix, WordPress, or similar platforms
- Initial experience in SEO
- Independent, structured approach to work
- Interest in data-driven marketing and growth
- Native-level German language skills
- Excellent command of language and strong writing and stylistic skills
- Knowledge of analytics and tracking, an understanding of B2B marketing, and initial experience with advertising or performance marketing are a plus
