About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage the pharmacy in close coordination with the owner, Dr. Barbara Spoher
- Ensure smooth pharmacy operations and compliance with legal requirements
- Share responsibility for the pharmacy’s financial success
- Oversee the dispensing of medicines from pharmaceutical, medical, and economic perspectives
- Support employees in their professional and personal development
- Manage, support, and guide employees in their daily tasks
- Prepare staff schedules in consultation with colleagues
- Introduce and establish the Pluspunkt Pharmacy concept
- Optimize and further develop pharmaceutical and business processes
- If interested, implement and introduce pharmaceutical services
- Maintain close and regular communication with the owner
- Liaise with medical practices, wholesalers, suppliers, and cooperation partners
- Advise customers on the side effects and interactions of medicines
Requirements
What you’ll need- German pharmacist licensure (Approbation)
- Interest in future-oriented topics related to the pharmacy sector
- Ideally, initial leadership experience
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ideally, a good understanding of and interest in business performance metrics
- Strong interpersonal skills
