Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Experience shipping design systems for SaaS or B2B products
  • Strong Figma skills: real components, variants, and bound variables, not just visually consistent screens
  • Comfortable working directly with engineers
  • Understanding of accessibility basics
  • A portfolio of real, shipped, live products, not personal or concept work
  • Experience with multi-platform or React Native design systems (nice to have)
  • Experience with data-heavy dashboards (nice to have)
  • Experience taking design tokens into code (nice to have)
  • Experience migrating a product off a legacy UI kit (nice to have)
  • A portfolio with live, shipped examples of design systems or product UI you've built
  • A note on your availability alongside other current work or clients
