Design, develop, and deploy AI-driven features that help brands make smarter marketing decisions
Partner with Product Managers, Designers, and cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions that enhance performance and drive measurable results
Guide best practices for clean code, automated testing, version control, and scalable architecture
Conduct code reviews, debugging, and testing to ensure high-quality, maintainable code
Stay current with emerging AI and machine learning technologies and champion innovation in marketing technology

Requirements

What you’ll need

5+ years of software development experience with object-oriented programming, delivering scalable and maintainable solutions with a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering or related experience
2+ years leading and mentoring a team of engineers
2+ years of experience with AWS or other cloud platforms, including deploying and managing applications in cloud environments
Ability to balance hands-on development with leadership responsibilities
Expertise in RESTful API design, system architecture, and SOLID engineering principles
Proficiency in Python, JavaScript, Node.js, React, and Go
Experience with automated testing, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud-based deployments
Familiarity with Docker and Kubernetes
Knowledge of infrastructure-as-code tools such as Terraform or Ansible
Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly across teams and align engineering efforts with business objectives
Proactive problem-solving mindset focused on real-world impact and continuous improvement
Experience with Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), and platforms such as Claude, OpenAI, Gemini, Bedrock, or LangChain
AWS Solutions Architect - Professional certification is a nice-to-have qualification
Interest or familiarity with the Digital Marketing industry is a nice-to-have qualification
