Key responsibilities & impact

Lead the analytics team across multiple customer groups, industry verticals, and regions
Define the capability roadmap and organization structure for scale
Translate client objectives and business questions into analytic frameworks and align roadmaps
Guide senior client relationships and analytics transformation projects
Align department goals with company strategy and vision
Manage Director-level leaders and ensure succession planning
Lead performance planning, calibration, and promotions
Identify and implement process, tooling, or training improvements
Represent analytics in senior executive forums internally and externally
Shape thought leadership, intellectual property, and external reputation
Use AI, automation, and technology to improve work quality and efficiency and enable faster decision-making

Requirements

What you’ll need

12+ years of experience in analytics
5+ years of leadership experience
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
Expertise building and scaling analytics functions aligned with business strategy
Advanced proficiency in SQL
Experience guiding data architecture and modeling decisions
Experience guiding test-and-learn and incrementality roadmaps
Experience with brand measurement, last-click attribution, and other key performance signals
Deep experience with Tableau, Power BI, or Looker
Proven success leading cross-functional partnerships and aligning KPI frameworks
Proficiency in Python or R
Experience with statistical analysis, experimentation, and data automation
Strong record of mentoring analytics leaders and implementing governance and process improvements
Commitment to curiosity, adaptability, continual learning, customer focus, collaboration, and people-focused leadership
