  • Assemble small, precision components as part of a continuous manufacturing process
  • Repetitively perform hand assembly accurately and consistently while meeting established cycle times
  • Use materials and time efficiently in accordance with Standard Work Processes
  • Perform assigned tasks according to established safety procedures
  • Keep workstations clean and free of hazardous materials
  • Inspect small assembled parts and products to ensure they meet quality standards
  • Use light hand tools and equipment as required
  • Report to work on time, ready to work, with a positive attitude
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Dependable and detail-oriented
  • Comfortable working with hands
  • High hand dexterity and attention to detail
  • Ability to work repetitively, accurately, and consistently while meeting established cycle times
  • Ability to follow Standard Work Processes and safety procedures
  • Ability to identify quality concerns and report them promptly
  • Ability to remain stationary for extended periods while focused on the task
  • Ability to move up to 30 lbs.
  • Physical dexterity necessary to assemble small production parts
  • No experience required; on-the-job training provided
  • Special consideration for experience with precise measuring tools, root cause analysis, continuous improvement projects, project leadership, or training others
