About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Collaborate with artists, directors, and producers to create visuals from concept to render
Assign and track shot assignments across multiple shows
Track and process budget expenditures, ensuring videos are completed on time and under budget
Serve as the primary point of communication for cast and crew, managing and tracking their needs and availability
Compile, distribute, and track production documents
Source materials and create preliminary budgets
Use AI and agentic workflows to find production efficiencies
Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

What you’ll need

1–2 years of experience as an assistant or coordinator on animated projects (2D, CG, or AI)
Knowledge of traditional and AI-driven animation workflows
Experience with GenAI image tools such as Nano Banana
Experience with GenAI video tools such as Seedance and Kling is ideal
Experience using Adobe Suite, specifically Photoshop, Premiere, and After Effects
Excellent communication/interpersonal skills
Excellent attention to detail and an eye for layout and composition
Ability to improvise and adapt to shifting project goals
Solid organizational skills, including adherence to file structures, naming conventions, and established protocols
Independent and self-driven; able to meet deadlines with minimal supervision in a fast-paced production environment
Must have close visual acuity
Must have good physical dexterity and ability to constantly operate a computer, mouse, etc.
Must be age 18 or older
Must be authorized to work according to the listed employment-status requirements
