Key responsibilities & impact
  • Manage a diverse portfolio of clients and deliver an exceptional, tailored client experience
  • Implement and execute strategic website projects
  • Collaborate across departments to identify and resolve bottlenecks

  • Collaborate with clients, Project Managers, and Account Managers to understand project goals and requirements
  • Develop and adhere to project plans, timelines, and budgets

  • Conduct quality assurance checks against industry standards, client expectations, and internal guidelines
  • Provide regular project-status updates and communicate timeline or scope changes

  • Participate in small-scale product development initiatives
  • Stay current with industry trends and best practices

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Legally able to work in Canada and located in Calgary, AB
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
  • 2+ years in customer service, hospitality, or client relationship management
  • 2+ years in a role requiring high levels of organization and coordination of multiple tasks or projects
  • Digital marketing experience is an asset, preferably in websites
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Familiarity with project management software and tools
  • Proven experience in process planning
  • Ability to analyze tasks from multiple viewpoints
  • Ability to perform well under high-pressure situations
  • Proficiency in Google AdWords, Google Analytics, WordPress, and various Social Media platforms is an asset
