About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Build and maintain data infrastructure supporting marketing analytics and pipeline reporting
- Design, build, and maintain data pipelines connecting Salesforce, Marketo, and the data warehouse
- Automate recurring campaign reporting workflows
- Write and optimize SQL for reusable datasets, views, and queries powering dashboards and leadership reporting
- Strengthen campaign attribution logic, including campaign codes, UTM/campaign member data, and lead-to-opportunity linkage
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and improve data quality across Marketo, Salesforce, and downstream reporting tables
- Apply AI tools such as Claude to accelerate data exploration, documentation, and query development
- Support backend administration and configuration in Salesforce and Marketo
- Document data models, definitions, and processes for consistent, self-service marketing metrics
- Partner with Marketing Analytics, Demand Generation, and Marketing Operations
- Support executive-level reporting on marketing-sourced pipeline across Senior Care and Acute & Payer businesses
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree (completed or in final year) in Software Engineering, Computer Science, Data Engineering, or a related technical field
- 0–2 years of applicable experience
- Strong SQL skills, including joins, aggregations, and window functions against large relational datasets
- Working knowledge of at least one programming language used in data work, such as Python, for scripting, automation, or ETL
- Understanding of relational data models and CRM/marketing-automation data structures
- Hands-on exposure to Salesforce or Marketo
- Experience with a cloud data warehouse and BI tools
- Familiarity with AI-assisted development or analytics tools such as Claude
- Exposure to ETL/ELT tooling, APIs, or workflow orchestration
- Familiarity with marketing funnel metrics or B2B demand generation
- Co-op, internship, or project experience in data engineering, analytics engineering, or revenue operations
- Strong analytical and detail-oriented approach
- Openness to learning new tools, systems, and business context
