About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Own requirements gathering, project planning, implementation, and deployment support for global clients and partners
  • Lead delivery of healthcare projects and programs end-to-end, including large, multi-site, multi-customer programs
  • Set priority across healthcare vertical projects based on project needs, client value, and delivery capacity
  • Coordinate and support TPMs rotating onto healthcare projects
  • Standardize delivery processes across the healthcare vertical
  • Track and report resource utilization and limitations, escalating for resolution
  • Work with clients and delivery teams to deliver Pointr products and services
  • Identify and resolve mapping and wayfinding issues with technical teams
  • Provide direct support and problem resolution for map, wayfinding, and integration solutions
  • Educate commercial and technical stakeholders on Pointr solutions and deployment processes
  • Collaborate with developers, designers, and deployment managers to integrate Pointr technology with client applications
  • Investigate and diagnose hardware and software challenges
  • Facilitate client status meetings and manage scope and schedules for concurrent deployments
  • Partner with hospital IT, network, and facilities teams on EHR integration, RTLS, and patient experience initiatives
  • Build and maintain relationships with client-side executives across the healthcare portfolio
  • Contribute to product roadmap understanding through mastery of Pointr’s product suite

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 10+ years of IT project management or technical consultancy experience in a hardware or software company
  • 5+ years leading programs supporting multiple client implementations simultaneously, successfully, at speed
  • 3+ years experience working in the health care industry with hands-on exposure to health IT, EHR integration (Epic in particular), RTLS, hospital facilities operations, patient experience initiatives, or hospital network teams
  • Demonstrated ability to move in a fast-paced environment, learning on the job while juggling multiple deliveries
  • Experience leading the delivery and support phases of the customer lifecycle
  • Applied knowledge of agile software development processes
  • Strong interest in learning about indoor location technology
  • Exceptional record of getting things done in a fast-paced, analytical environment
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to solve problems and foster relationships with technical and commercial stakeholders
  • Process-oriented with an eye for detail and improvements
  • Experience managing or mentoring other project or program managers in a matrixed or player-coach capacity
  • Experience delivering large-scale, multi-site, or multi-customer programs
  • Experience with project management tools (Jira, Smartsheet, Google Suite, MS Office, MS Project)
  • BS or MS degree in a relevant technology or management field preferred
  • Project Management Professional® (PMP) / Certified ScrumMaster® (CSM) certifications preferred
