About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Working with 3D scan data, including compression, import/export, and plan views
- Creating BIM-ready 3D building models in Revit and/or ArchiCAD
- Creating 2D CAD drawings
- Generating orthophotos from scan data
- Conducting area measurements
- Performing quality assurance and further developing quality standards
- Communicating with clients
- Contributing to interdisciplinary projects, including historical reconstructions, archaeology, and existing-building documentation
- Supporting the digitization of existing buildings for planning and maintenance
Requirements
What you’ll need- Architectural knowledge gained through a degree in architecture, civil engineering, or a comparable qualification, such as training as a technical drafter
- Knowledge of German standards and regulations
- Knowledge of BIM methodologies
- Good to very good 3D modeling skills using ArchiCAD and/or Revit
- Fluent German
- Very good English
- An affinity for digitization and willingness to use digital tools
- Professional experience is an advantage, but motivated graduates are welcome
- Submission of a CV, portfolio/references, and cover letter
