About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Accurately enter all new product items into the ERP system and maintain clean, up-to-date records
  • Manage and process ongoing system updates
  • Maintain accessible, well-organized product lifecycle documentation
  • Review system updates and provide backup support to audit system revisions and additions
  • Inspect incoming graphic packaging materials, including labels, cans, and film, against quality and brand standards
  • Identify packaging discrepancies and initiate corrective actions
  • Communicate new items and packaging changes or issues to relevant departments
  • Document inspection results and maintain accurate records
  • Assist with auditing and updating Product Development documentation, including Finished Product Specifications and Quality and Audit-related records
  • Participate in product tastings and sensory evaluations supporting new product development, reformulations, and comparative testing

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Experience using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and tools like Smartsheet
  • Strong time-management skills and ability to complete tasks on deadline
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and shifting priorities
  • Comfortable working with data entry systems
  • Prior experience with ERP platforms is a plus but not required
  • Clear, effective communication across departments
  • Team-oriented, proactive, solution-focused approach
  • Willingness to learn and grow within a manufacturing environment
