About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Partner with powersports dealerships across South Texas to strengthen relationships, improve retail performance, and enhance profitability and customer satisfaction
- Develop and execute strategies to drive retail sales growth, increase market share, and achieve sales objectives
- Assess dealership performance and identify operational, customer experience, profitability, and business effectiveness improvements
- Establish and support wholegood and PG&A inventory stocking profiles based on demand, trends, and objectives
- Lead showroom merchandising, accessorizing, and point-of-purchase strategies
- Deliver product knowledge, sales process, certification program, and best-practice training
- Support traffic generation, lead conversion, and retail planning through traditional and digital strategies
- Collaborate with dealers and internal stakeholders on branding, merchandising, and inventory strategies
- Leverage third-party partnerships and resources to improve dealer profitability and consumer experience
- Identify competitive market shifts, communicate field insights, and recommend actions
- Resolve dealer and customer issues through collaborative problem-solving
- Prospect and evaluate market development and dealer upgrade opportunities
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred
- Minimum of 3 years of field sales, retail sales, dealership, sales administration, distribution, customer service, or related experience
- Knowledge of distribution network strategies and retail business operations
- Demonstrated ability to build relationships, influence stakeholders, and deliver outstanding customer service
- Strong analytical skills using profitability and productivity data for business decisions and dealer recommendations
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and other business software systems
- Mechanical aptitude and willingness to work hands-on with dealerships and products
- Valid driver’s license required
- Ability to travel up to 80% within the assigned territory
- This position is not eligible for sponsorship
