About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Responsibility for emergency management (BCMS)
Further development of business continuity in accordance with BSI 200-4
Regularly conducting Business Impact Analyses
Evaluating analysis results and deriving appropriate measures
Creating, maintaining, and coordinating emergency, business continuity, and recovery plans
Developing preparedness concepts, exercises, and tests
Supporting business units with implementation
Coordinating IT emergency planning and test runs with the IT department

Requirements

What you’ll need

Several years of professional experience in emergency management or a degree in Business Informatics, Computer Science, or a related field
Good knowledge of ISO 22301 or BSI IT-Grundschutz 200-4
Ideally, experience in information security or risk management (e.g., ISO 2700X, BAIT, MaRisk)
Structured, independent, and reliable working style
Strong team spirit and communication skills
Knowledge of products and processes in the banking sector is a plus
