About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Identify and engage key players across the payments and stablecoins ecosystem, including banks, fintechs, PSPs, CEXs, wallets, and market makers
Champion Polygon Labs’ product suite and roadmap, highlighting use cases such as on-chain FX, cross-border remittances, and the upcoming Polygon Payments Network
Prioritize strategic partners and corridors; shape pilots, integrations, and long-term opportunities
Analyze and report on evolving policies impacting digital payments and blockchain in the region
Translate complex developments into actionable insights for internal teams and external partners
Co-create and execute GTM plans with top-tier ecosystem players
Maintain recurring engagement and clear value delivery
Build and maintain pitch decks, one-pagers, case studies, and internal briefings
Manage deliverables across legal, engineering, marketing, and finance teams
Maintain and improve CRMs, dashboards, KPIs, and performance trackers
Own operational clarity across all active initiatives in the region

Requirements

What you’ll need

6+ years of experience in financial services, fintech, or blockchain, especially with payments, stablecoins, or institutional crypto
Strong network across Colombia's financial and fintech ecosystem
Proven ability to lead strategic BD initiatives and drive cross-functional execution
Deep understanding of on-chain finance, including DeFi, stablecoins, and institutional yield
Working knowledge of regional crypto regulations and their impact on financial products
Excellent communicator with strong executive presence and storytelling ability
Highly organized, adaptable, and comfortable in a fast-paced, high-autonomy environment
Background in traditional payments or fintech strategy, especially in product, pricing, or GTM roles
Familiarity with DeFi, remittances, or crypto-native infrastructure
Exposure to M&A, investment evaluations, or deal structuring
Understanding of FX flows, capital controls, and emerging market challenges
Experience crafting collateral for partners, investors, or sales teams
