About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Strengthen software development teams in the consistent application of Scrum or LeSS
- Improve team productivity and quality
- Enhance information sharing and collaboration within the team and with stakeholders
- Promote the continuous development of agile ways of working through coaching and mentoring
- Independently identify impediments and develop appropriate solutions
- Support the team in self-organization and achieving its Sprint Goals
- Collaborate with Scrum Masters and Agile Coaches to further develop agile practices and optimize them across the organization
- Ensure a consistent and clearly aligned approach
Requirements
What you’ll need- Completed university degree
- More than three years of experience as a Scrum Master in agile software development projects
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong coaching and facilitation skills
- Sound understanding of agile values, principles, and methodologies, with the ability to explain and establish them
- Very good written and spoken German
- Good written and spoken English
- Additional experience as a Project Manager or Business Analyst is preferred
