Requirements

What you’ll need

Organized, detail-oriented profile with strong attention to deadlines and controls
Strong communication skills and a commercial/consultative approach
Genuine interest in learning and developing in the field of real estate asset management
Familiarity with or interest in commercial real estate (offices, corporate floor space, and retail stores)
Proactive approach to managing multiple demands and priorities on a daily basis
Previous experience with CRM systems (ZOHO, Sienge, or similar) is a plus
Previous experience at real estate agencies, property developers, or asset management companies
Basic knowledge of Excel and Power BI to support reporting and controls
