About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Join the highly successful Commercial Property team in Yeovil or Taunton
- Handle transactional and advisory commercial property work
- Advise on landlord and tenant matters
- Handle acquisitions and sales of commercial property
- Work on property development matters

- Handle corporate real estate work
- Work alongside a reputable and dedicated team
- Support Partners and senior fee earners with the current workload

Requirements
What you’ll need- Qualified solicitor
- At least 3 years post qualification experience in commercial property
- Passion for commercial property
- Ambitious, pro-active, and enthusiastic
- Great interpersonal skills
- Team player who values every member of the team and their contribution to the wider success of Porter Dodson
- Interest in expanding experience and knowledge within a supportive and successful team
