About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Welcome and assist dental patients at The Independent Dental Practice
- Provide front-of-house reception services
- Deliver excellent customer service to patients
- Build strong relationships with patients and colleagues
- Work 4 days per week, 7.5 hours per day, between 8am and 5:30pm
- Work every other Saturday from 8am to 1pm, with time taken back during the week
Requirements
What you’ll need- Previous front of house Reception experience
- Dental or healthcare reception experience ideally, although not required
- Positive attitude
- Empathetic and well-organised
- Great communication skills
- Passion for delivering great service and building strong relationships with colleagues and patients
- Availability for part-time hours across 4 days per week, Monday–Friday, 8am–5:30pm
- Availability for every other Saturday half day, 8am–1pm, with time taken back during the week
