About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support patients from first enquiry to final result
- Help make every patient’s experience exceptional
- Coordinate treatment-related patient care at Exeter Orthodontics
- Deliver exceptional patient care and service
- Work 34 hours per week across specified weekday shifts, with Saturdays to be discussed
Requirements
What you’ll need- Previous experience as a Treatment Coordinator or Patient Care Advisor, or sales experience gained in a customer-facing environment
