Key responsibilities & impact

Work in Analytics Engineering, connecting the technical area with business needs and ensuring value delivery
Develop a robust, scalable Data Architecture to support Analytics, BI, Data Science, and AI
Democratize data access while ensuring security and quality
Design, build, and integrate monitoring mechanisms
Apply pipeline development best practices, focusing on performance and scalability
Document, monitor, and ensure data quality
Establish development standards and best practices for the environment
Identify, manage, and mitigate risks associated with activities within the scope of responsibility and the team
Share knowledge with a team of more than 40 people, including employees and partners
Maintain a conciliatory and collaborative approach when working with other areas

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
Solid experience with Azure and/or AWS
Hands-on experience with Databricks and Delta Lake / Lakehouse
Experience with Cosmos DB, Azure Synapse, and Analysis Services
Advanced proficiency in Python, SQL, and PySpark
Experience with distributed data processing
Knowledge of continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD) pipelines and/or Azure DevOps
Experience developing APIs and/or Azure Functions
Previous experience in banking and financial products—particularly loans and financing—is a plus
