About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Serve as a strategic bridge between Security governance and the Business and Product teams
- Provide consulting support from the conception of new projects through final delivery
- Translate technical and regulatory security requirements into practical guidance for the business
- Assess risks and recommend IAM, encryption, and data protection guidelines
- Oversee the implementation of security controls
- Assess threats and define security requirements for new business initiatives
- Monitor the development lifecycle, assessing compliance with requirements and reporting technical debt or nonconformities to the Cyber Risk team
- Conduct risk assessments of vendors and new market solutions, issuing technical opinions
- Advise business verticals on identifying vulnerabilities, improvement opportunities, and risk mitigation measures
- Ensure that IT products and processes are protected by the organization’s InfoSec tools
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Information Security, Information Technology, or a related field
- Solid experience in Information Security projects, identifying technical needs, validating requirements, and vulnerability management
- Ability to develop and present metrics and KPIs
- Strong knowledge of security frameworks
- Knowledge of data protection laws and regulations
- Experience with continuous improvement and SOC and CSIRT ecosystems
- In-depth knowledge of IT and telecommunications infrastructure, including data centers, firewalls, VPNs, proxies, IPS/UTM, and NAC
- Hands-on expertise with WAF, antivirus, SIEM, XDR, DDoS protection, DLP, Cisco Umbrella, and Prisma Cloud
- Security experience in AWS, GCP, or Azure cloud environments
