About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Work as a developer on the Salesforce platform
- Develop solutions using Apex, LWC, JavaScript, and SOQL/SOSL
- Work with Salesforce Flows and declarative tools
- Use VS Code, Salesforce CLI, and Git
- Develop robust solutions while adhering to Governor Limits in high-volume data environments
- Support the migration of legacy components (Aura or Visualforce) to modern LWC architectures
- Work on high-scale systems projects for Porto Bank's financial services
- Collaborate with cross-functional squads within the Digital Channels vertical
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree completed or in progress
- Experience managing technical integrations (APIs) with external partners/vendors
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to negotiate and collaborate with Business stakeholders (PMs), Legal, Finance, and Technology teams
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban)
- Experience with backlog management tools (Jira or similar)
- Preferred: prior experience segmenting rules and benefits on high-volume loyalty platforms
