Key responsibilities & impact

Architect, develop, and maintain core components, reusable libraries, and cloud-native Java microservices
Define and implement observability standards, including metrics, structured logging, and distributed tracing
Implement security standards, including OAuth2, OIDC, and encryption
Monitor application health using metrics, logs, and traces
Investigate and resolve performance bottlenecks and complex issues in distributed environments
Serve as a technical reference and support developers in applying coding and architecture best practices
Participate in the team’s agile rituals and ceremonies
Ensure continuous delivery of high-value solutions for B2C and broker channels

Requirements

What you’ll need

Position exclusively for women
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or a related field (Systems Analysis, Software Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related disciplines)
Solid experience as a Tech Lead working with Java development and AWS architecture
Proficiency in Java 11+ and Spring Boot (Spring MVC, Spring Data, Spring Security)
Hands-on experience designing and building REST APIs
Experience with event-driven and messaging architectures (Kafka, RabbitMQ, AWS SQS/SNS)
Hands-on experience with AWS: ECS/EKS, Lambda, SQS, SNS, S3, RDS, and DynamoDB
Knowledge of query modeling and optimization in PostgreSQL and MySQL
Experience using Redis for caching
Proficiency in Git, TDD/automated testing (JUnit, Mockito), Clean Code, SOLID, and software architecture fundamentals
Intermediate to advanced Excel skills
Preferred: Terraform or AWS CDK
Preferred: Experience creating internal libraries or reusable SDKs
Preferred: Experience with Prometheus, Grafana, OpenTelemetry, or Dynatrace
