About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Define the SuperApp’s mobile modularization strategy, including Mini-Apps and Mobile Micro-frontends
Enable independent development and deployment of the Insurance, Banking, and Services verticals without compromising the stability of the core app
Design integration between the mobile ecosystem and AI, LLM, GenAI, and intelligent agent services
Enable contextual virtual assistants, semantic search, predictive recommendations, and intelligent automation of claims and service requests
Architect strategies combining On-Device AI/SLMs and Cloud AI with RAG and Agentic Workflows
Ensure fast startup, low battery and memory consumption, Offline-First resilience, and low latency for AI/LLM APIs
Standardize mobile APIs using BFF, GraphQL/REST, and Server-Driven UI
Enable dynamic updates to workflows and interfaces without resubmitting builds to app stores
Ensure mobile security, data privacy, and responsible AI for financial transactions and sensitive data
Apply OAuth2/PKCE, SSL Pinning, App Shielding, and Passkeys, in compliance with Brazil’s LGPD and PII masking in LLM prompts
Collaborate with enterprise architects, mobile architects, Data/AI specialists, engineering, product, security, MLOps, and innovation teams

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in Technology, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
Postgraduate degree or specialization in Software Architecture, Mobile Solutions, Data Science, or Artificial Intelligence
Advanced knowledge of software architecture patterns: Clean Architecture, Hexagonal Architecture, and DDD
Advanced knowledge of mobile architecture patterns: VIPER, MVVM-C, and MVI
Strong experience designing modular mobile platforms based on SuperApps, Mini-Apps, and Mobile Micro-frontends
Hands-on experience with Swift/iOS, Kotlin/Android, and/or React Native and Flutter
Advanced knowledge of BFF, GraphQL, RESTful APIs, gRPC, and Server-Driven UI
Experience with local caching using SQLite, Realm, Room, and Core Data
Experience with Offline-First synchronization and payload optimization
Experience with OAuth2/OIDC (PKCE), mTLS, SSL/TLS Pinning, Keystore/Keychain, biometrics, Passkeys, local encryption, and anti-tampering mechanisms
Experience with Datadog Mobile RUM, Firebase Crashlytics, Sentry, Fastlane, Bitrise, GitHub Actions, Feature Flags, and Phased Rollouts
Practical or architectural experience with CIAM platforms such as ForgeRock, SSO, authorization, session management, adaptive authentication, and cross-platform consent management
Advanced knowledge of hybrid integration and API management using MuleSoft Anypoint Platform
Advanced knowledge of AWS services, including EKS, Lambda/Serverless, API Gateway, DynamoDB, S3, and CloudFront
