About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Design and architect high-performance, high-usage systems
Collaborate with developers, Customer Success Managers (CSMs), and the product team
Support the support team
Understand and contribute to business and domain-related challenges
Make autonomous decisions and proactively propose solutions
Automate work with AI and implement automated workflows
Develop on a high-traffic, highly scalable platform
Participate in an approximately 6- to 8-week onboarding program to learn about the product, tech stack, and team

Requirements

What you’ll need

At least 2 years of experience in PHP web development
Strong proficiency in PHP
Strong proficiency in Symfony (version 8+) and the Messenger, Cache, Command, Process, Doctrine ORM, and Serializer components
Solid understanding of asynchronous programming
Experience working in a highly agile environment and ability to switch regularly between topics
In-depth knowledge of how a production server operates (PHP, CDN, queues, etc.)
Strong interest in AI and ability to implement automated workflows (skills, agents)
Ability to work independently on AI-related topics
Knowledge of JavaScript (without a framework) is a plus
Experience with a cloud environment, preferably AWS, is a plus
