About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Review internally developed Blueprints against team information and signed contracts
- Confirm and update start dates, deal values, contract lengths, revenue schedules, service allocations, and commissions
- Follow up with team members regarding Blueprint questions
- Flag recurring Blueprint issues and repeat offenders to department leadership
- Review trends in recurring Blueprint issues and proactively develop solutions to improve Blueprint accuracy
- Maintain organization while resolving complex or time-consuming questions
- Employ AI technologies to enhance and optimize business processes
- Utilize Power Digital’s Nova ecosystem in the department
- Maintain 100% accuracy of Blueprint approvals and increase Blueprint accuracy
Requirements
What you’ll need- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Comfort communicating directly with senior team members via Slack, phone, video conference, and in-person if applicable
- Strong attention to detail and project management skills
- Thoroughness when reviewing contracts and Blueprints
- Ability to observe trends, identify misalignment, and determine root causes
- Ability to work accurately and independently
- Ability to develop action plans and follow through to completion
- English proficiency at B2-C1-C2 level
