About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Own execution, performance, and growth of paid advertising campaigns within an assigned book of business
- Tie campaign efforts to clients’ broader business goals
- Work with account leadership to develop and evolve paid media strategy
- Own reporting, optimizations, client communication, keyword research, ad copy development, bid optimizations, and routine campaign management
- Provide ongoing insights and forward-thinking strategy to clients
- Own and execute performance marketing through paid social and native paid media platforms
- Execute campaign builds and production end-to-end across channels, coordinating with Specialists where applicable
- Lead performance optimizations relative to goals
- Manage client budgets and advise on budget changes
- Coordinate internal strategic communication and tactical needs
- Provide weekly client progress recaps with performance insights and future recommendations
- Execute end-to-end performance reporting and create presentations
- Use data to tell a story and communicate results and next steps to clients and stakeholders
- Employ AI technologies to enhance and optimize business processes
- Use Power Digital’s Nova ecosystem
Requirements
What you’ll need- Proficiency in spoken and written English at an advanced level
- 2–3 years of digital marketing experience
- 1–2 years of experience in an agency setting
- Minimum 2 years of Direct Response marketing experience, specifically in E-Commerce, Lead Gen, or B2B
- Minimum 2 years of experience with Meta Ads for direct response campaigns
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience with Search Engine Marketing
- Experience with campaign development and optimization, including bid optimization, keyword research, and ad copy development
- Significant campaign management experience in one or more of: Performance Max, Standard Shopping, YouTube Ads, Display Advertising, Local campaigns, or Bing Ads
- Proficiency in Google/Microsoft Office Suite(s)
- Proficiency in Google Analytics
- Strong understanding of full-funnel marketing and paid media’s place in the funnel
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Self-motivated with a strong desire to succeed
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Strong work ethic and ability to learn quickly and independently
- Interest in a long-lasting relationship with a growing company
