  • Serve as the client point of contact for creative strategy
  • Understand requested edits, reshoots, and other deliverables
  • Push back on client timelines, scope, feedback, and direction to drive performance
  • Identify and encourage service expansion opportunities
  • Manage interns and part-time or full-time team members, if desired
  • Employ AI technologies to enhance and optimize business processes
  • Utilize Power Digital’s Nova ecosystem for the department
  • Deliver KPIs including 5% or lower client churn, management of 6–10 enterprise clients, and $100k monthly recurring revenue

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Advanced proficiency in spoken and written English
  • Proficiency with Meta Ads Manager and/or similar performance data tools such as TikTok, YouTube, and Pinterest
  • Technical skill in pulling and using creative performance data to analyze trends and insights and inform creative roadmaps
  • Understanding of best practices for performance-driven creative and ability to apply these insights
  • Ability to write effective ad copy, structure a script, and oversee execution with corresponding visuals
  • Ability to communicate and collaborate with clients, production, and post-production teams
  • Ability to generate strong campaign results through high-performing creative strategy
  • Ability to manage 6–10 enterprise-level clients
  • Ability to manage $100k of monthly recurring revenue
  • Ability to achieve 5% or lower client churn
