About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Participate in multiple rotations across manufacturing operations, quality assurance, safety, supply chain, and process engineering
- Learn specific skills and knowledge contributing to breadth of understanding of plant manufacturing
- Learn and apply core manufacturing processes including assembly, machining, and automation
- Develop expertise in safety standards and lead safety initiatives
- Analyze production data to identify inefficiencies and support continuous improvement projects using Lean and Six Sigma principles
- Collaborate with production, quality, safety, and engineering teams
- Communicate findings to stakeholders at all levels and influence positive change
- Adapt to new roles, teams, and locations while maintaining high performance and motivation
- Relocate at least twice during the five-year program
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree in engineering (Chemical, Mechanical, Industrial) completed within the last 12 months
- Strong foundation in engineering principles and eagerness to learn manufacturing processes
- Willingness to relocate multiple times during the program
- Commitment to safety and quality with attention to detail
- Effective communication and teamwork skills
- Understanding of Industry 4.0 concepts such as automation, robotics, IoT, or data analytics in manufacturing
- Cultural sensitivity and openness to working in diverse environments
