About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Develop and deliver internal communications related to business initiatives, product launches, and key updates
  • Create external communications, including press releases, newsletters, website content, and social media posts
  • Ensure communications align with PPG branding and messaging standards
  • Create and maintain marketing collateral such as presentations, brochures, case studies, and digital assets
  • Support content development showcasing customer success stories, product innovations, and industry trends
  • Execute marketing campaigns with sales and marketing teams
  • Support email marketing, digital campaigns, and lead generation initiatives
  • Assist with planning and execution of trade shows, customer events, and industry conferences
  • Collaborate with Sales, Product Management, and R&D teams on product positioning and business objectives
  • Monitor campaign and communication performance and provide recommendations for continuous improvement

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
  • 2-5 years of experience in marketing communications or a related marketing role
  • Experience in B2B, industrial, manufacturing, or automotive environments is preferred
  • Strong written and verbal English communication skills
  • Ability to translate technical information into clear, engaging, and customer-focused content
  • Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Teams
  • Experience with content creation and design tools such as Canva and Adobe Creative Suite is preferred
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms, marketing automation tools, and digital marketing concepts
  • Knowledge of data analytics, AI-powered tools, and campaign performance measurement
