About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Conceptualize and create style frames, storyboards, and animation sequences.
- Design and animate engaging videos for social media, marketing campaigns, product demos, and explainer content.
- Manage the full production process from ideation to rendering independently.
- Translate complex ideas into clear, visually appealing motion graphics.
- Collaborate with account managers, designers, and copywriters to maintain visual consistency across projects.
- Stay updated on motion design trends, techniques, and tools to keep work fresh and relevant.
Requirements
What you’ll need- 3–5 years of professional experience in motion design.
- Proven ability to create style frames, design, and animate independently end to end.
- Proficiency in After Effects, Illustrator, Photoshop, and Premiere Pro (or similar tools).
- Understanding of animation principles, pacing, and composition.
- Strong sense of storytelling, design, and attention to detail.
- Good communication and time management skills.
- Experience with 3D animation, sound design, or video editing is a bonus.
