About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead the planning, design, and execution of marketing collateral, including capability statements, event banners, org charts, one-pagers, and brand assets
- Manage end-to-end conference support, including collateral preparation, SWAG coordination, booth assets, and outbound logistics
- Serve as a brand steward across marketing materials, ensuring consistency across sectors and joint venture/subsidiary branding
- Collaborate with business development teams and shared services to determine marketing needs for pursuits, events, and partner presentations
- Maintain and update asset trackers for timely and organized delivery of marketing materials
- Manage website content updates and assist with social media coordination alongside internal stakeholders
- Attend marketing, business development, and joint venture meetings as needed; capture next steps and ensure task completion
- Manage external vendor relationships, including printers and freelance designers
- Organize digital file systems such as Egnyte and SharePoint for streamlined access to marketing materials
- Drive marketing strategies tailored to the federal contracting space
- Collaborate across departments and take ownership of creative deliverables
Requirements
What you’ll need- 3–5+ years of hands-on experience in marketing, preferably in a federal contracting or professional services environment
- Player-coach role requiring both marketing coordination leadership and hands-on production of creative materials
- Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, especially InDesign and Illustrator
- Canva proficiency valued
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and SharePoint
- Experience with Egnyte or similar cloud-based storage is a plus
- Excellent written and visual communication skills
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
- Highly organized, self-motivated, and detail-oriented
- Experience supporting marketing for federal proposals or working in a BD/proposal development environment preferred
- Familiarity with FAR/DFARS and government contracting terminology is a plus
- Working knowledge of conference planning or tradeshow logistics
- Preference may apply under Title 22: Employment Code of the Prairie Band Potawatomi Nation, as required pursuant to Section 22-2-4(B)
