Key responsibilities & impact

Coordinate the team under your responsibility by setting goals and objectives, allocating resources, evaluating, guiding, and motivating employees
Develop and implement strategic plans aligned with organizational goals
Support leadership in technology decisions based on cost-benefit analyses and risk assessment
Manage systems projects, ensuring deadlines, scope, quality, and budget requirements are met
Define and monitor KPIs for the Systems department
Prepare management reports, presentations, and action plans
Ensure the availability, performance, and security of systems and integrations
Oversee the administration of systems, ERP, cloud solutions, and SaaS platforms
Evaluate and implement new technologies to improve efficiency, security, and innovation
Collaborate in the development and implementation of information security policies, access management, vulnerability controls, and contingency plans
Ensure compliance with Brazil’s LGPD, ISO standards such as ISO 27001, SOX, and other regulations
Promote training and awareness campaigns on the use of systems
Lead, develop, and motivate the Systems team
Manage contracts and relationships with vendors and service providers
Conduct recruitment processes, performance reviews, and development planning
Coordinate systems support, ensuring SLA compliance and high-quality service
Drive continuous improvements in support processes and the internal user experience
Map the needs of users and business areas to propose technology solutions

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related Information Technology field
MBA or postgraduate qualification in Information Technology
