About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead the portfolio digital marketing strategy and channel roadmap across Developmental and Epileptic Encephalopathy and Movement Disorder portfolios
- Translate brand strategy into digital priorities across websites, digital media, CRM, and marketing technology
- Establish the digital operating model, ownership, decision rights, ways of working, and standards
- Drive cross-functional prioritization and execution across digital products, platforms, data, technology, and activation
- Coordinate with Commercial Excellence Engineers, Digital/IT, and agency partners on digital execution and customer experience
- Define and advance the digital capability roadmap, including personalization, measurement, CRM, marketing technology, and data utilization
- Establish measurement expectations, KPIs, and actionable insights for continuous improvement
- Build scalable standards and best practices across brands and audiences
- Lead through influence across a highly matrixed organization and align complex stakeholder decisions
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree required
- Significant experience leading digital marketing strategy within pharmaceutical, biotechnology, healthcare, or another highly regulated environment
- Experience developing portfolio-level digital strategies and translating them into channel roadmaps, investment priorities, and execution plans
- Deep understanding of digital marketing ecosystems, including websites, digital media, CRM, marketing technology, data, analytics, and agency models
- Experience partnering with business, technology, commercial operations, and external agency teams to deliver complex digital initiatives
- Strong strategic and operational leadership skills
- Proven ability to lead through influence, align senior stakeholders, and create clarity across complex cross-functional environments
- Strong commercial judgment and customer orientation
- Demonstrated ability to build processes, capabilities, and teams in a rapidly evolving environment
- Exceptional communication skills
- Entrepreneurial mindset, high ownership, and comfort operating with ambiguity and urgency
- Flexibility and willingness to travel as needed
- Comfort with regular computer, device, and office-equipment use, clear communication, occasional movement, screen work, basic hand coordination, and sustained focus
