About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support the entire sales process, from receiving an inquiry through to product delivery
- Learn about and actively support sales processes
- Communicate with customers primarily by phone and schedule Microsoft Teams meetings
- Design, develop, and implement Microsoft Excel templates for customer and product contribution margin analyses
- Create negotiation-supporting templates, including data preparation, process automation, and analysis
- Identify market potential based on market intelligence, such as information from the ISTMA association
- Analyze data and create presentations, for example using PowerPoint
Requirements
What you’ll need- Currently enrolled in a degree program in economics/business administration, business informatics, industrial engineering, or a comparable field
- Communicative personality who actively seeks customer contact and works in a results-oriented manner
- Enjoy administrative tasks and activities involving the evaluation of markets, customers, or products
- Good command of English
