About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Support successful implementation, adoption, and ongoing optimization of PreBorn!'s Electronic Medical Record platform across affiliated pregnancy clinics
  • Guide clinics from initial readiness and workflow discovery through configuration, data preparation, testing, training coordination, go-live, and post-implementation stabilization
  • Partner with the VP of Virtual Care Services, clinical and operational leadership, software development and technology teams, EMR product/project leadership, training resources, clinic engagement teams, compliance and security resources, and external EMR vendors
  • Communicate recurring workflow challenges, user feedback, system gaps, and product improvement opportunities
  • Drive assigned clinic implementations from kickoff through successful adoption
  • Maintain implementation timelines, milestones, responsibilities, risks, and deliverables
  • Build trusted relationships with clinic leaders and staff
  • Translate between technical teams, clinical users, and organizational leadership
  • Maintain accurate configuration, documentation, testing, and implementation records
  • Provide onsite implementation support for multiple consecutive days when necessary

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, information systems, business, project management, or related field; equivalent relevant experience may be considered
  • 3+ years of experience supporting software, EMR/EHR, healthcare technology, SaaS implementation, or similar system implementations
  • Experience working directly with end users during technology implementation or adoption
  • Ability to manage multiple implementation projects and competing priorities
  • Strong understanding of workflow analysis, process documentation, and change management
  • Ability to learn complex software systems quickly and translate technical concepts for nontechnical users
  • Strong project coordination and organizational skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong troubleshooting, critical-thinking, and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work effectively across clinical, operational, and technical teams
  • Willingness and ability to travel to clinics as needed during implementation and go-live
  • Direct experience implementing an EMR or EHR system preferred
  • Experience in outpatient healthcare, women's health, pregnancy clinics, telehealth, or similar clinical environments preferred
  • Experience with healthcare data migration and system configuration preferred
  • Familiarity with HIPAA, healthcare privacy, role-based access, and clinical data security principles preferred
  • Experience conducting user acceptance testing and supporting software go-lives preferred
  • Experience developing implementation documentation, workflows, and training resources preferred
  • Familiarity with project management tools and implementation methodologies preferred
  • Experience supporting multi-site or geographically dispersed healthcare organizations preferred
