  • Define category strategy and architect a modern enterprise brand
  • Strengthen awareness and credibility for defense technology capabilities
  • Build market momentum for products serving government, commercial, and technology audiences
  • Set strategy, pressure test it with executives, and execute hands-on
  • Lead brand-forward marketing strategies to elevate defense technology awareness and generate sustained demand
  • Develop and launch integrated campaign programs that grow brand and product visibility, credibility, and category understanding
  • Create differentiated message frameworks, brand narratives, and creative concepts
  • Orchestrate multichannel programs across digital, thought leadership, paid media, social, and events
  • Lead partner co-marketing, including joint narratives, co-branded activities, and shared demand programs
  • Collaborate with enterprise marketing leaders, business unit marketers, product owners, solution leaders, and sales stakeholders
  • Engage executives to pressure test narratives, secure direction, accelerate decisions, and maintain momentum
  • Manage KPIs for awareness, perception, engagement quality, and mid-funnel progression
  • Analyze performance and refine programs to maximize impact

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 12+ years of experience in B2B or B2G marketing
  • Experience leading enterprise-level brand campaigns that drive measurable awareness, perception shifts, and demand
  • Experience developing and executing integrated brand campaigns across paid, owned, and earned channels at scale
  • Experience co-marketing with strategic partners, including building joint narratives, launching co-branded activations, and managing Marketing Development Funds (MDF)
  • Experience navigating and influencing highly matrixed organizations
  • Experience using performance data to inform strategy and optimize campaigns
  • Knowledge of enterprise or government buying cycles
  • Ability to pay strict attention to detail and translate complex technical concepts into clear, compelling, differentiated marketing narratives
  • Exceptional executive presence and ability to influence senior stakeholders
  • Bachelor’s degree in a Marketing or Communications field
  • U.S. citizenship required
  • Applicants may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information
  • Preferred: experience in tech, defense, or defense-adjacent product organizations
  • Preferred: experience with ABM, enterprise demand generation, and sales alignment in regulated or government contexts
  • Preferred: experience with high-growth product organizations
  • Preferred: Master’s degree in Communications, Marketing, or a related field
