Requirements

What you’ll need
  • This position is full time (40hrs, with Saturday/Sunday coverage required)
  • Shift start time is 6am PST, 5 days/week must include Sat/Sun, 8hr days
  • 1-2 years of administrative or customer service experience, or an undergraduate degree
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Drive, Zoom, and ADP
  • Clear, empathetic communication: you speak clearly, listen well, ask for clarification, and write with strength and polish
  • Professionalism and strong task management: you balance competing tasks with a positive attitude, organize information, and flag problems in a timely way
  • Availability for a full-time schedule (40 hrs/week, 8-hour days) with a 6am PST start, five days a week including Saturday and Sunday
