About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Close pre-set appointments with prospective clients
- Represent a premier funeral home partner in qualified client meetings, typically lasting 90 minutes
- Connect with clients to plan their final wishes and provide peace of mind for their loved ones
- Work with a dedicated team of over 50 agents who set appointments and provide client information
- Use organizational tools, mentorship, and coaching from Precoa’s field management
- Help families prearrange intentional plans to support healing at the time of loss
Requirements
What you’ll need- Current life insurance license or ability to obtain one
- 5+ years consultative sales experience is a bonus
- Strong interpersonal sales abilities, listening skills, and relationship development skills
- Ability to effectively close pre-set appointments
