About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Own accounts payable day-to-day operations
  • Audit and approve Expensify reports
  • Participate in month-end close, including customer invoicing, revenue recognition, prepaids, and accruals
  • Reconcile balance sheet and income statement accounts
  • Coordinate subsidiary accounting
  • Participate in the annual financial audit and corporate tax filing
  • Maintain ERP systems
  • Handle ad hoc projects as needed

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • BS or above degree in Finance or Accounting
  • CPA required
  • 5+ years in accounting
  • Experience working at both an audit firm and a technology company
  • Excellent skills using NetSuite
  • Familiarity with Expensify or similar platforms
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to work under pressure
  • High standard of work ethics
