About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Provides clinical services both in person and virtually to students dispatched to a school within the HUB vicinage
  • Provides trauma-informed screening, brief interventions, facilitation of treatment referrals, school consultation, and referrals to community supports
  • Provides Tier 3 clinical services, including clinical assessment, suicide and substance use screening, service planning, ongoing clinical intervention strategies, and linkages to outside services
  • Consults with school staff and parents on topics including suicide, eating disorders, and school refusal
  • Completes paperwork and data entry within the prescribed time period
  • Assists with prevention programming as needed

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • MSW, MA, MS, PhD
  • LCSW / LPC licensure
  • Three years of relevant experience providing therapy to children
  • Computer proficiency
  • Familiarity with Excel, Word, and professional electronic record keeping portals
  • Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
  • Excellent customer services skills
  • Familiarity with organizational policies and procedures
  • Bilingual in Spanish a plus
  • Valid NJDL and safe driving record
  • Fingerprinting per DCF regulations
