About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Develop modern Microsoft 365 and cloud architectures
- Design SharePoint Online and modern collaboration solutions
- Develop solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power Platform
- Take responsibility for M365 governance, security, and compliance
- Provide architecture and strategy consulting to clients
- Develop standards, methodologies, and best practices
- Support complex projects from vision through go-live
- Further develop the M365 and Power Platform portfolio
- Provide technical and organizational leadership for the M365 team
- Drive the team’s technological and professional development
- Manage tasks, capacity, and priorities
- Coach and develop team members
- Support the recruitment and onboarding of new M365 experts
- Further develop internal structures and processes
- Take responsibility for the quality of M365 services
Requirements
What you’ll need- Extensive expertise in Microsoft 365 and SharePoint
- Practical experience with Power Apps and Power Platform
- Strong knowledge of Power Automate
- Understanding of Entra ID, Teams, and Azure
- Experience with enterprise architectures and governance
- Initial experience in technical or disciplinary leadership preferred
- Entrepreneurial mindset and enthusiasm for building structures
- Excellent communication skills and confidence when engaging with management and expert-level stakeholders
- Good knowledge of M365 licensing
- Certifications are a plus
- Willingness and ability to provide technical and organizational leadership for an M365 team
