About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Advise clients on the implementation and strategic advancement of AI and Microsoft technologies
Design and architect modern solutions based on Microsoft Azure, Azure AI / AI Foundry, and Microsoft 365
Develop and enhance use cases involving Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio, and intelligent agents
Analyze existing Microsoft environments and develop target architectures and roadmaps
Design technical architectures for AI solutions, from proof of concept through production implementation
Integrate AI solutions into existing Microsoft 365, data, and business environments
Advise on security, governance, identity, data protection, and compliance in AI and Azure environments
Develop and standardize best practices, concepts, and reusable solution components
Provide technical support and oversight for client projects and assume responsibility for (sub-)projects
Help build the AI & Azure service portfolio
Support workshops, presales meetings, and the development of new client and business opportunities
Collaborate with Microsoft partners and monitor and evaluate emerging technologies

Requirements

What you’ll need

Several years of professional experience in IT consulting, solution architecture, or Microsoft environments
In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Azure and experience designing modern cloud architectures
Experience with Microsoft 365, ideally including Teams, SharePoint, Entra ID, Power Platform, or Microsoft Graph
Practical experience with Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio, Azure AI / AI Foundry, or comparable generative AI solutions
Understanding of large language models, AI agents, RAG architectures, and the integration of AI into business processes
Experience developing technical concepts, architectures, and solution designs
Understanding of security, identity and access management, and governance in Microsoft and Azure environments
Very good German and good English language skills, both written and spoken
Willingness to travel occasionally for client meetings
Ability to explain technical concepts clearly and communicate with IT experts, business teams, and decision-makers
Ability to independently explore new topics and develop practical solutions
Entrepreneurial mindset and willingness to help build a new area of expertise
