About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Act strategically and consultatively in the commercial development of the FIDC, structuring and negotiating financial transactions with medium-sized and large companies
  • Expand the customer base and build loyalty among key accounts
  • Prospect companies aligned with the portfolio and manage the full sales cycle, from initial outreach through closing
  • Analyze risks, balance sheets, and financial documents, contributing to credit assessment and transaction structuring
  • Build consultative relationships with C-level executives, CFOs, and Controllers
  • Negotiate while balancing transaction volume, risk, and return
  • Monitor the market and competitors, generating commercial intelligence and identifying opportunities
  • Collaborate with risk, credit, and operations teams during customer onboarding and retention
  • Present periodic performance indicators and results related to customer acquisition, active portfolio, and revenue
  • Contribute to improvements in products, processes, and commercial strategy

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Expertise in structuring financial transactions, including FIDCs, securitization, corporate credit, or similar products
  • Advanced knowledge of working capital, receivables financing, and corporate cash flow
  • Strong analytical skills for risk assessment and analysis of financial statements
  • Experience serving B2B clients with annual revenue exceeding BRL 30 million
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
  • Familiarity with CRM systems
  • Availability to work full-time
  • Contractor engagement under a PJ arrangement
