About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Act strategically and consultatively in the commercial development of the FIDC business
- Structure and negotiate financial transactions with mid-sized and large companies
- Expand the client base and build loyalty among key accounts
- Strengthen the company’s market positioning and ensure targets are achieved with profitability and security
- Prospect companies whose profiles align with the portfolio
- Manage the entire sales cycle: outreach, needs assessment, proposal, and closing
- Analyze risks, balance sheets, and financial documents, contributing to credit assessment and transaction structuring
- Develop consultative relationships with C-level executives, CFOs, and Controllers
- Negotiate with margin and strategy, balancing transaction volume, risk, and returns
- Monitor the market and competition, generating commercial intelligence and opportunities
- Collaborate with the risk, credit, and operations teams during client onboarding and retention
- Present periodic metrics and results related to acquisition, active portfolio, and revenue
- Contribute to improvements in products, processes, and commercial strategy
Requirements
What you’ll need- University degree
- Expertise in structuring financial transactions, including FIDCs, securitization, corporate credit, or similar products
- Advanced knowledge of working capital, receivables financing, and corporate cash flow
- Analytical ability to assess risk and interpret financial statements
- Experience working with B2B clients generating more than R$30 million in annual revenue
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel, and familiarity with CRM systems
- Strong negotiation skills

- Professional experience in sales or business development, as required in the mandatory application field
