About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Conduct micro testing
  • Perform wet chemical analysis of water and product
  • Test and maintain the reverse osmosis (RO) system
  • Enforce Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) policies
  • Perform quarterly CFR testing for bottles and closures
  • Perform daily and quarterly micros
  • Perform quality checks and calibrations
  • Maintain quality forms and perform cleaning as needed
  • Perform daily plant checks and walkthroughs, including Presage quality checks and cleanliness checks
  • Write process deviations and non-conformances
  • Oversee implementation of corrective actions
  • Ensure plant personnel adhere to corporate GMP policies
  • Maintain chemical inventory
  • Work a 2-2-3 shift schedule, including every other weekend

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Undergraduate degree preferred
  • Food, beverage, or liquid consumer product manufacturing a plus
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule as needed
  • Basic reading, writing, and math skills
  • Functional Knowledge of Excel, Word, Power Point
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Must be able to communicate at all levels
  • Must follow all established Good Manufacturing Practices
  • Must be involved and committed to workplace safety
